Sports massage therapy can be used pre or post-event, to help relieve muscle tension or adhesions or just as a general relaxation technique.

​Sports Taping - free on request when added on to massage or £5 if being applied separately to sports massage treatments.

It is necessary to fill out a health questionnaire prior to your treatment, and you should update me should any health concerns arise between treatments.
